Receiving

Unloading happens at the door.

A truck backs up to the roller shutter door and a forklift unloads the pallets onto the receiving area. Each warehouse has its own door, at ground level, reached from the internal roads of the park.

Racking

Storing upwards frees the floor.

A reach truck takes each pallet to the racking and brings another one down for dispatch. The racking and the aisles are one possible layout; every operation asks for its own.

Picking

Orders prepared at hand height.

The picker points the handheld terminal, the beam of the scanner reads the label, and the carton goes from the shelf to the trolley. With picking next to the racking, the way from stock to order is short.

Office

Management next to the operation.

In the simulation, a glazed office takes one corner of the warehouse and the team works at computers with the operation in view. Those who decide are a few steps from those who move the goods.

Dispatch

From the rack to the road.

Pallets come down from the racking to the dispatch area; a van backs up to the door, is loaded and leaves. Goods come in and go out through the same door: they go round the warehouse and return to it, ready to leave.

Two blocks of four warehouses, separated by an internal corridor and served by an entrance forecourt with a gatehouse. Select a warehouse, on the plan or in the list, to request information.

Each warehouse

Approximately 800 m², with its own access.

Each warehouse has approximately 800 m² and its own access from the internal roads of the park: a roller shutter door at ground level, for loading and unloading, and a door for people.

Electricity, water and security are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the park has CCTV surveillance.

In total the park offers approximately 6,500 m² of warehouse space. You can request a proposal for one warehouse or for several: just state the area you need and the number of warehouses.
