To stop abusive submissions, the server uses the IP address of whoever sends the form for a few minutes. That address is not stored with the enquiry.
We neither ask for nor process special categories of data. Please do not include them in your message.
What we use the data for
We use the data to answer your enquiry: to check the availability of the warehouses, prepare a lease proposal, arrange a visit and keep in touch for as long as it takes to reach a decision.
The processing is based on the consent you give when you send the form and on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

We keep the data of an enquiry for as long as it takes to answer you and to follow the commercial relationship that results from it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
