Infrastructure that keeps your operation running.

The park has a single vehicle entrance, with a gatehouse and a barrier. In the simulation, the guard checks the driver before the barrier rises, and only then does the truck drive on into the yard. Your goods stay inside a walled site.

CCTV surveillance in the park, by day and by night, alongside the gatehouse and access control: one more eye on the site where your operation works.

The entrance forecourt has parking bays and a planted strip with palms. Those who work in the park and those who visit it leave their car inside the site, a few steps from the door. In the simulation, a van leaves through the gatehouse.

Each warehouse has its own roller shutter door, at yard level, and a pedestrian door. In the simulation, the truck pulls up along the facade and the forklift takes the pallets from the truck straight inside, without leaving the park.

The internal roads link the entrance to the door of every warehouse, and a corridor between the two blocks crosses the park from one side to the other. Trucks come in, drive and manoeuvre inside the site.

Electricity and water available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can work at the pace your operation asks for, at any hour. In the simulation, a technician checks the installations. Next: everything the park offers, and the technical specifications.
